Our Quality of Fabrics: There is nothing ordinary about these Face Essentials made by I'Kandi Designs. Our mask fabrics are a range of luxury furnishing fabrics which are woven using the finest quality of yarns. They are very detailed, down to the stitchings. So you are paying for top quality fabrics. In addition we do have cotton mask as well.
All of our face essentials are custom. We can also custom make face essentials that you request, just send us an email. We have all types of face essentials in three sizes. Small, Medium & Large. Small is more for younger adults and "some" toddlers. Medium is for the average face size and Large gives you more face coverage. If you need a custom (child size) please contact us.
Our mask do not come with an insert for a filter. If you would like to have a filter slot made on your mask please add the filter option to your cart. Once that option is added we will create your mask with the filter cut and add two filters with the mask that you are able to replace with your on whenever you like. Be sure to remove the filters before washing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Thank you for shopping with us at IKandi Designs. We endeavor to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit.
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Where items are returned to us outside of this time period, we reserve the right to return the item to you.
Swimwear, undergarments, Sale or Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Changed your mind? You have a right to cancel
We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind. If you have questions about a product, contact us.
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
Where Do I Ship My Returns To?

All US packages are shipped through USPS and are typically received 3-5 business days
after the processing time. This does not include "Pre-Order" or "Backordered" items.
-In your customer account on your end your order will show “Ready to Ship” but that
means that we are in the process of working on your order. -You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment
notification e-mail. When your order ships you will get a notification and will be able
to track your package.
