I'Kandi Designs Shipping Policies

All US packages are shipped through USPS and are typically received 3-5 business days after the processing time. This does not include "Pre-Order" or "Backordered" items. Due to our items being made to order we will charge your order upfront.
-In your customer account on your end your order will show “Ready to Ship” but that means that we are in the process of working on your order.
-You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. When your order ships you will get a notification and will be able to track your package.

Turn around runs 5-7 business days. This starts the day after you place your order and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Thank you for shopping with us at IKandi Designs. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit.

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.  

We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.

Swimwear, undergarments, Sale or Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online.

You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind.

Undelivered Items

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.

Every item is different. For all "Pre-Orders" it takes 3-5 days longer. Processing range from 2-4 days. All processing time is added on to shipping times. At this time we do not allow overnight shipping. We do look to have that option in the near future. Please keep in mind, our shipping times are estimated, so your shipment can come faster than expected.

Pre-Ordering FAQ'S

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING AN ITEM THAT IS LISTED AS A "PRE-ORDER" ITEM. 
*When your placing an order that is listed as "Pre-Order", this means that you are receiving a discounted price! Once this item goes off of "Pre-Order", the price will be adjusted to regular pricing*

We want to make sure we create enough items for our BEST CUSTOMERS! As you know we are constantly growing and adding more new products to our line. We are only listing "Pre-Orders" on VERY popular items or items that we are restocking/backordered.

Once you place your order for a "Pre-Order" item, your card will be charged immediately. This is so we can hold the HOT NEW item for you.

Each "Pre-Order" is different and we at times, try to give the best estimated date of arrival. Also, please understand, that sometimes "Pre-Orders" can take longer than our estimated arrival time. Sometimes there are things that are out of our control that can change the delivery date. We work very hard to deliver by the date you expect. However, on a good note, many orders come in well before there estimated date also! The date listed is estimated. If you need an item by a certain date, we suggest letting us know, so if the date does get changed, we can inform you as we cannot guarantee a selected date.

If the preorder is not in by the time we tell you, we will always send you a discount code on your next purchase. However, we can also cancel your order and credit you to choose something else! We understand wanting things in a timely manner and we are here to make frustrating delays as easy as possible. Processing Times - This can differ for each item and most time those details can be found in the product description. Most packages processing times is 3 days. Processing times are not shipping times. If shipping is 2-3 days you will have to add the processing time to that. Most products are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. All orders purchased after 3:00 CST are noted as the following business day. "Pre-Order" Items are longer shipping time than our normal processing times. See below for more details.
