This New Chapter of my life is called "LIVING HEALTHY". For me it is EVERYTHING. I'm not sure about you guys but COVID-19 has definitely added some unhealthy & UNWANTED body fat and bad routines to my life. That said, I turned 46 May 17th and THAT day started my New Chapter. So follow along on my journey with me and get inspired and motived while I get this GRIND back! To do so the first thing I am releasing is STRESS. You cannot get healthy with stress in your life. Stress makes you eat and makes you depressed and can also end your life. So for that reason ALONE I CHOOSE ME! I'm choosing to let go of all things that are stressful in my life and live a healthy life for my family, but most of all for ME. 

This journey starts with change, change in everything we do. From eating habits to fitness habits. I used to coach myself for bootcamp and a few women as well and I am definitely not certified, however, what I did worked for me VERY WELL. We all get distracted and off track and I am definitely guilty of that. However, getting back up and on your routine is all that matters. It's okay to get down at times just DON'T STAY THERE! Get back up and GET MOVING! Your body will THANK YOU.

Hey Ladies!!
First off I pray everyone is being safe out there and with loved ones during this time.
Secondly sorry for the delay of my updates on this 2020 Fitness Change but I am on DAY 16!!! YAY!!!! I am feeling GREAT! I am almost at the point where I need to reorder my protein shakes and drops. I will be ordering 2 more times as I plan to do this for 90days then check the progress (meaning FINALLY my weigh in) and go from there. So what are you ladies doing and whats working for you? Share your thoughts and stories. I am sure during the downtime we could all use some uplifting M-O-T-I-V-A-T-I-O-N!

I’m going strong on my smoothie journey and it’s really been going good! I’m getting more disciplined and reducing my portion intake. I’ve also been working out 3 days a week consistently!!! So excited for this fitness CHANGE.

So today is day 7 of my 2020 Fitness Change and I am really enjoying it. I have incorporated weekend walking of almost 4 miles each day. This is the second day so far for my weekend walks. I am really enjoying the protein shakes from Body Complete and their drops. I won’t be getting on the scale for 90 days so once I do I will share numbers with you all. But for now I am feeling great! So ladies what are you all do for your 2020 Fitness Change and what’s been working for you. come on and share your input in the blog because trust me someone is reading and need the encouragement. Trust me La Qucetris I understand. This is now DAY 3 for me on these protein shakes and making healthier choices and I am learning to LOVE them. Day 1 the shakes were not my favorite now on Day 3 I look forward to making them. The drops are tasteless so those are just fine. After this week I will add working out to my agenda. Yes I cant wait to take pics in each of the outfits as well so I can advertise using the NEW ME…lol. But ladies let’s get serious and do this. Let’s support one another by giving daily updates. Just think of this as your workout journal and sisterhood!
